From upstream to downstream in the oil industry – and now full steam ahead towards climate neutrality: hardly any other sector of the German economy has undergone such fundamental changes since the 1990s as the energy industry. Companies have to adapt, new markets are emerging. What's more, the energy industry and the energy transition affect everyone: companies, employees, local authorities and consumers.

Explaining complex developments

In such a dynamic and complex process, professional communication is crucial. Whether it is about understanding, transparency or trust, stakeholder management or employee motivation: Communication helps to get the various players on the same page, manage change, minimise uncertainty and make the transition to climate neutrality more successful.

Project example

Transformation communication for employees: For ten years, we supported the internal communications of one of the world's largest oil companies. This was our task:

  • Magazine for employees in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland to explain a long-term corporate transformation, highlight progress and allow experts from the various departments to have their say.
  • Production of 40 issues of 28 pages each: We handled the issues in their entirety – from agreeing the topics, researching, and writing the text to the layout.

Sustainably into the future

Energy is a major issue not only for energy companies, but for almost every industry. Whether it is e-mobility and alternative fuels in logistics, or power generation through photovoltaic systems and the use of waste heat, we support our clients' sustainability issues along their communication channels and prepare them for their stakeholders in a way that is tailored to their needs.
